Once again I've decided to immerse myself into the vivid world of DA community, maybe with less vigor as before - for now i concentrate my time more on my own work versus on the works of others. But that doesn't change the fact that I'll be on the lookout for some amazing masterpieces from my DevWatch list =] I also noticed a recurring trend, I come back to DA anytime my school year starts...I guess this is somewhat of a mental preparation for the avalanche of creative demand that will fall upon my shoulders in the coming months, which leads me to draw a conclusion that DA acts as a sort of a well of inspiration which I tap after being disconnected with the world of the Arts for any long period of time.

Got accepted and already registered for classes at Columbia College of Chicago. Current major is Photography with a possible minor in Graphic Design...and I also want to study cinematography, but there is just so much one can do, right? This week went over to Chicago for 4 days on my orientation. To say the least, i wasn't really "oriented" and the 9 hours of sitting and listening to lectures pretty much drove me crazy. But the trip was exciting by itself, checked out a lot of art museums and just saw the city as I never did before.

I'll be in the process of uploading some of my most recent works onto here, nothing that spectacular, more as a testament to the fact that "I've done something" this summer and not merely sat around starring into the tube or party my brains out =]

Enjoy!
